Team Leader Job Opportunity

This is a key role in the cruise industry where you will be responsible for leading a team and making a real impact. As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate product information.
  • Support customers through efficient and accurate handling of walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
About You:
  • You should have proven experience working in a customer service environment and achieving sales targets.
  • A minimum of 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the cruise or travel industry is required.
  • GDS experience is also essential.
  • You must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to thrive under pressure.
