Job Opportunity

This leadership role is ideal for experienced professionals with a passion for the travel industry, particularly cruise adventures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage cruise bookings and packages to meet sales targets and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient handling of inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities and maintain accurate product information.
  • Stay up-to-date with products and services to deliver outstanding sales experiences.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on sales targets and performance.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in the Cruise or Travel Industry.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • An ambitious and motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.
