The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate product information and provide up-to-date training.
  • Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all aspects of customer interactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
