Job Title: Cruise Team Leader

Cruise Sales and Leadership Opportunity

A highly motivated and experienced Cruise Team Leader is required to lead our team in achieving exceptional sales results and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all cruise bookings and packages, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cruise bookings and packages to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling opportunities to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through efficient handling of walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to all relevant mailboxes daily, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver and generate sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment with a strong focus on sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, with a solid understanding of GDS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ambitious and highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills.
