The position of Head of English is a key leadership role at our institution, responsible for leading a highly effective English faculty.

This is a great opportunity for a Specialist Teacher of English to join our dedicated team and lead the English faculty. The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge in middle school and senior school operations and the appropriate pedagogy to engage and achieve successful student outcomes.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in teaching and English
  • Registration to teach in South Australia or eligibility to obtain registration
  • Understanding of and commitment to Christian education
  • Desire and skills to participate in pastoral care and co-curricular programs
  • Passion for understanding how learning occurs and teaching pedagogies suitable for middle school students
