Faculty Leader – Creative Industries Job Overview

The successful Faculty Leader will provide strategic leadership and oversight of their respective faculty, encompassing curriculum development, teacher support, facilities management, and resource allocation.

This critical role ensures the College offers a high-quality learning experience that fosters personal excellence and prepares students for future success in their chosen fields.

  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum and teaching strategies across Drama & Theatre Arts, Visual Arts, Media Arts, and Dance subjects from Years 7-12.
  • Oversee the annual College Musical as producer, ensuring its smooth execution and artistic excellence.
  • Effectively manage Operation Staff within the Creative Industry areas to support Faculty operations, including resource procurement and preparation.
  • Maintain equipment and facility standards, guaranteeing compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
