
Emergency Operations Roster Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing and Rostering Specialist to join our Operational Logistics Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of our organization by developing and publishing rosters that support service levels of a 24/7 emergency operation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in resourcing or rostering is highly desirable, but not essential.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish rosters in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational shifts are filled by suitably qualified staff at the right time and in the right place.
- Provide support to all operational service delivery streams, including emergency services, non-emergency services, and Air Ambulance.
- Liaise with Regional Management teams and other departments to ensure smooth rostering processes.
- Making informed resource decisions and providing specialist advice on roster-related activities.
- Identify issues related to rostering or rostering systems/processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
