Commercial Growth Director

Job Description:
The Commercial Growth Director is a pivotal leadership role that drives the company's commercial and brand growth agenda. This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for owning and executing one of the most heavily invested and strategically critical functions in the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a 12-month roadmap aligned with the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and product development critical path.
- Lead and continuously evolve influencer and gifting strategies across tiers, markets, and platforms.
- Implement and manage scalable affiliate/referral programs with clear commercial attribution.
- End-to-end lifecycle management of major partnerships, including contract negotiation, commission models, engagement planning, and milestone tracking.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand strategy (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
- Strong understanding of global influencer ecosystems and affiliate structures.
