Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our users. As the first point of contact for technology-related issues, you will play a key role in supporting critical infrastructure across WA.

As part of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for IT systems and services, installing, maintaining and supporting technology systems, performing account management tasks, and maintaining accurate records in the ITSM toolset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  • Perform account management tasks, including Active Directory and Exchange maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records in the ITSM toolset
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ITIL Foundation certification or experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Strong technical aptitude in IT support, with experience in mobile device management (iOS/Android)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
