We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to expand our reach with new and existing clients.
As a key member of our team, you'll support all service offerings by building relationships and communicating how we help clients make informed decisions.
Our goal is to provide custom solutions that maximize every potential client's partnership with us.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify new business leads and identify growth opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Partner with senior sales team members to schedule meetings with prospects, set up meetings with strategic accounts, and manage client feedback calls.
- Meet designated prospecting and meeting targets through cold calling and other lead generation efforts.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and client presentations.
- Gain a working knowledge of primary research methods, the competitive landscape, and the institutional investment industry process and strategies.
- A recognized Bachelor's degree from a tertiary institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills capable of handling high-profile clients across different industry sectors.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere that is results-oriented.
- The desire to work in a sales/lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven.
