We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our Field Sales team to drive renewal revenue and renewal rate.
- Analyse customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Continuously assess and improve our processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
