Job Overview

The primary goal of this Marketing Specialist position is to maximize the value derived from our partnership and business development initiatives.

By leveraging their marketing expertise, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that optimize the impact and value of our activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth opportunities through partnerships.
  • Promote innovative thinking within partnership marketing to enhance the benefits of both fund growth and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute integrated external communications campaigns that elevate brand awareness and foster stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and oversee advertising initiatives for all brands, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, reporting, and ad hoc support as needed.
  • Coordinate the development of targeted marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform, focusing on union segmentation, messaging, and analytics.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales or business development teams in delivering activations and driving value through partnerships.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, sponsorships, or public relations.
  • Proven track record in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online and offline activities.
  • Exceptional direct marketing and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
