We're seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations across multiple cities and warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. This role will manage international inbound logistics, inter-city coordination, and last-mile delivery, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
You'll develop strategic relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, exploring cost-saving opportunities through 3PL logistics models. Your expertise will be crucial in managing 3PL operations, including inventory management, reversal logistics, and cost reporting strategies.
As a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers, you'll proactively manage expectations and timelines, ensuring efficient logistics management and domestic transportation. You'll also prepare data reports on costs, timelines, and other key metrics for our global markets team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
This role requires a university degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferably with 3+ years of logistics operation experience, including multinational trading operations and/or freight forwarding. Experience in 3rd-party logistics solution management and inventory control is essential.
