Accounts and Financial Support Role

As a key member of our Finance team, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Coordinator to provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management
  • Manage invoices, payments, and billing transactions promptly and accurately. Ensure seamless financial operations by maintaining accurate records and addressing any discrepancies or inquiries efficiently.
  • Utilise XERO software to maintain financial records, generate reports, and reconcile accounts efficiently.
  • Payroll Assistance
  • Assist in payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and addressing any related inquiries or discrepancies. Report to the People and Culture Manager as necessary.
  • Organised Record Keeping
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, XERO software, payroll system functions, and financial bookkeeping is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping is crucial.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary for effective task completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels is vital.
  • Australian Citizen or permanent working rights without restriction are required.
