Financial Operations Coordinator

Maas Group has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including data collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to all business units across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoicing: Entering invoices, signing off by senior management, and recording invoices into bills;
- Supplier Management: Reconciling supplier accounts and paying invoices through Xero, MYOB, and Reckon;
- Customer Service: Raising invoices and investigating/resolving customer queries;
- Bank Reconciliations: Performing bank reconciliations for designated companies and assisting with EOM close and reporting on AP/AR for the financial management team;
- Communication: Effective communication with other team members and providing support when required in all divisions of shared services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of AP/AR Procedures: Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable procedures;
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Ostendo, Simpro, and Microsoft Dynamics software.
