Job Description:

The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of financial processes within the organization. This position is responsible for validating and paying invoices submitted by private hospitals in line with organizational policy guidelines.

  • Provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring ongoing compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, performance planning, and mentoring.
  • Ensure the team functions at maximum capacity through quality improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the central contact representative for accounts payable activities, including attending key meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Offer expert advice on contractual terms and cost-efficient pricing in service agreements.
