**Business Systems Coordinator Role**

The Business Systems Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems. This includes reviewing financial reports, coordinating invoicing processes and developing budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports to ensure accurate cost coding and adherence to budgets.
  • Invoicing Coordination: Coordinate invoicing processes with government agencies for services delivered.
  • Budget Planning: Assist in developing budget requirements by analyzing financial data and responding to enquiries.
  • Procurement Guidance: Provide expert guidance on procurement procedures to support efficient business operations.
  • HR Support: Offer advice and support on human resources matters to ensure effective team management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in SAP and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work independently to develop and implement financial and administrative systems, maintaining registers and providing business services advice to staff at all levels.

This is a diverse role that requires establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, applying cultural values and employment equity principles while performing duties.
