Claim Settlement Coordinator
\WISE Employment seeks a Claims Settlement Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve reviewing documentary evidence, ensuring its validity and processing claim payments on behalf of our sites.
\The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for identifying potential outcomes, providing information to staff and advising on contractual requirements.
\We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively within KPIs, manage their time efficiently and meet business priorities in a challenging environment. Strong computer literacy and data management skills are essential.
\As a Claims Settlement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting employers and participants by providing high quality support and ensuring accuracy of information being provided. You will also be responsible for interpreting audits, providing feedback to the internal Quality Assurance team and preparing correspondence.
