Insurance Claims Specialist

About the Role:

  • Handle a high volume of insurance claims from inception to resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering relevant evidence and information
  • Assess damages and negotiate settlements with clients and other parties involved
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in insurance claims management

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in law, insurance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in insurance claims management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
