Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims processes, including lodgment, analysis, and settlements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lodging, analyzing, and settling claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Delivering excellent service to clients and suppliers through timely and accurate updates via phone and email.
- Resolving claims effectively while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Maintaining an active diary system for allocated claims.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, brokers, service providers, and insurers.
- Identifying and escalating opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking (essential).
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to claims management across various products, including workers compensation (essential).
- A passion for building and maintaining relationships with diverse customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail with proficiency in technology and systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- A willingness to learn and support others.
