Key Role for Strategic Growth in Water Supply

A leading organization is seeking a high-caliber Business Developer & Project Manager to drive its national water supply strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and technical expertise in the water supply sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in the water supply sector.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Secure new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage projects from planning to commissioning.
  • Cordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and environmental standards within the water sector.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in hydraulic engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of technical experience and project management in the sector, preferably in the water supply or infrastructure field in Australia.
  • Knowledge of water supply systems, technical standards, and local environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as Client Relationship Management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
