Key Responsibilities- Leverage leads generated through online enquiries, display home walkthroughs, and a wide network of professional contacts to build relationships with customers and provide advice on house design selection, upgrades, and options.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
- Coach and mentor sales associates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders cross-functionally to manage the sales cycle from initial quote, tender presentation to variations, and close.
- Demonstrated sales ability and success achieving sales goals or a desire to start a career in sales.
- A passion for home design and living spaces.
- A commitment to providing customers with exceptional experiences.
- The ability to work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals.
- Persistence and resilience.
