Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Consultant to join our team at ERM. As a key member of our Environmental Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting skills to support the growth of ERM's service offerings using ESRI's full suite of desk and cloud-based geospatial applications.
  • On a daily basis, provide GIS mapping support for reports and proposals, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet ERM's management system, format, and quality standards.
  • Support geospatial planning and provide technical expertise for field activities associated with environmental, social, and sustainability projects.
  • Manage and maintain spatial and non-spatial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in GIS, with a strong understanding of ESRI software (ArcPro or ArcMap) and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous consulting experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with ArcGIS web app/widget development.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS automation and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME).
  • CAD/12D/Revit experience (basic level).
  • Experience working with the EQuIS software suite.
