About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our sales team at ASR Recruitment. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting residential sales activities and contributing to the business' overall success.

You will be working alongside one of the top 1% of agents in Australia with over 30 years of expertise in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lead agents in prospecting, lead generation, and client management
  • Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs
  • Conduct property viewings and open homes
  • Assist with the preparation of property marketing materials, including brochures and online listings
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends
About You
  • You hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Current driver's license
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
