Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Newcastle team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal Plush Sofas experience, providing exceptional product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales, ensuring accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy, ensuring a cohesive and professional environment for customers and colleagues alike.
