Clinical Leader for Child and Youth Mental Health Services

The Child and Youth Mental Health Service in Tasmania is expanding its clinical services. We are seeking a dedicated Lead Practitioner to provide high-level clinical leadership and support the delivery of evidence-based, person-centred, trauma-informed mental health services to young people and their families.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with consultant psychiatrists, innovative team leaders, and other clinicians to develop new youth mental health services in Tasmania. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies
- Developing and implementing specialised treatment programs
- Leading and collaborating with a diverse group of clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary team
