Clinical Lead

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- The successful candidate will oversee the provision of clinical care, ensuring it meets national standards and requirements.
- They will contribute to program development by implementing operational service models and adhering to clinical governance protocols.
- You will be part of a dynamic team providing mental health services to young people and their families/carers.
- You will provide clinical services through complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies.
- You will collaborate with consultants to develop new youth mental health services.
- You will lead and mentor clinicians within the multidisciplinary team, offering support and consultation as needed.
The role is based in Devonport, a diverse community with access to beaches and recreational activities. Relocation support and visa assistance may be available for eligible applicants.
Key Qualifications- A tertiary qualification in an allied health profession, registration with the relevant National Board, or full membership/eligibility with the relevant professional association.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
