Child and Youth Mental Health Services Manager

The Child and Youth Mental Health Service in Tasmania seeks dedicated professionals to provide clinical services with children and young people experiencing mental health concerns who are in out of home care.
We require senior allied health professionals with experience in clinical leadership, complex case management, assessment, trauma informed therapy, and within mental health or relevant/related sector would be ideal.
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant - Lead Practitioner, you will work within a well-supported, innovative, diverse multidisciplinary team to provide developmentally appropriate treatment with children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high level clinical leadership to the team
- Undertaking clinical services through the provision of complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies
- Working alongside innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services in Tasmania
Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse Current
- Working with Children Registration
- Current Driver's Licence
- A minimum of 3 years' experience highly relevant to the role
- Holds or is working towards post graduate qualifications highly relevant to the role
