The role of Clinical Nurse Consultant - Lead Practitioner Out of Home Care is a key position within the child and youth mental health service. As a senior allied health professional, you will provide high-level clinical leadership and develop specialized treatment programs for children and young people experiencing mental health concerns in out-of-home care.
- Provide clinical leadership to the team and develop comprehensive treatment plans for children and young people in out-of-home care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed mental health services and provide individual therapies and assessments.
- Develop and implement complex case management plans and work closely with consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in providing clinical services related to child and youth mental health, as well as experience working in a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care approach.
Key Responsibilities:
