As a vital team member, you will provide high-level administrative support to our lawyers and other staff members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing your work to meet the needs of the team.
- Assist with matter management, time recording, and invoicing.
- Support business development activities, including event planning and client engagement.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and photocopying documents.
- Previous experience in a professional setting, preferably with exposure to administration tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
