About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team as Administration Officer.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality administrative support including diary management, word processing, meeting coordination, and document handling
Providing a positive first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Managing appointment scheduling and client data using electronic systems such as CBIS, while maintaining confidentiality
Supporting financial and procurement tasks, including invoice processing, resource ordering, and expenditure reporting
Promoting a positive team culture with a focus on collaboration, service excellence and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, accurate proofreading, and records management
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise across diverse teams and clients
Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Working knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, and workplace safety principles, with adherence to admin policies and procedures
