Accounts Payable Specialist - Part-Time Opportunity

We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Your primary duties will include managing reconciliations and follow-ups with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and supporting audits.

You will also collaborate with the broader finance team and agency staff to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you may be required to lend a hand with other administrative or finance tasks as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous accounts payable experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership;
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, team-first approach;
  • Comfort working autonomously and managing your own time;
  • Availability to work 3 days per week in-office (Melbourne CBD).
