Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to assist in the planning and delivery of engaging in-person and digital brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience.
  • Stay across experiential trends and competitor activity to keep our brand at the forefront of community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset – grab the ball and run with it, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
