Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team at Park Hyatt Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during arrival and departure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Verify guest satisfaction and provide personalized service to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Accurately process room reservations and manage cashiering functions.
  • Coordinate luggage handling and transportation, and provide information on local attractions and services.
  • Collaborate with Front Office personnel to achieve team goals and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Office.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Opera and the Travel/Hotel industry is an asset.
