Process Mining Analyst Job
We are seeking a skilled Process Miner to join our team. As a key member of the PM&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements and cost savings across the system landscape.
As a Process Miner, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing data-driven analytical solutions using platforms such as Celonis
- Working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and inefficiencies, and analysing data to propose impactful process mining solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement process efficiency initiatives, ensuring adherence to the PM&A framework
- Demonstrating strong project management capabilities, effectively planning, executing, and overseeing process intelligence projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst within a large commercial organisation
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Python, with demonstrated ability to develop data mining, data engineering and database management solutions
- High competency with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS
- Excellent time-management skills whilst managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven project management experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
Additionally, experience with SAP Retail, preferably SAP S/4 HANA preferred, and experience in the FMCG industry focusing on process analytics is highly desirable. Strong experience using data mining systems such as Celonis or similar is also highly regarded.
