Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for process capability and intelligence across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough process intelligence studies to identify process issues, rework, poor customer/colleague experiences and automation opportunities.
  • Define process intelligence needs and procure best-in-breed platform capabilities.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process intelligence initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of process intelligence initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned professional in banking and financial services with a proven track record of leading successful process intelligence or tech system capability projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Ability to solve complex enterprise problems and create pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills and champion of desired behaviours.
