Learning Skills Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in building organisational capability. This includes developing employee and leader skills, knowledge, and behaviours that enable us to achieve our vision and strategic goals.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing company-wide learning programs, including e-Learning, face-to-face sessions, and development resources.
- They will own and manage learning content to drive access to learning resources, such as curating content for our digital library.
- Designing and managing e-learning content using authoring tools is also an essential aspect of this role.
- Proactively monitoring the effectiveness of existing learning initiatives by managing and reviewing program evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Internal marketing and communication of relevant L&D resources, ensuring employees are aware of available programs and resources.
- Managing our L&D inventory, including tracking training activities, ongoing L&D spend, and vendor details.
- Providing first-line support to employees regarding their learning and development needs.
- Organising logistics support for all internal and external learning activities, including course participant management.
We require a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in design, assessment, and facilitation, including e-Learning design and creation. You should be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) software and learning content authoring tools.
- Experience in designing and facilitating learning solutions.
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
