  • We're seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to lead our organization's transformation in training delivery.
  • This newly created role will centralize learning systems and streamline L&D processes to support a consistent and effective employee experience.
  • You'll undertake a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment across regions and farms, engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts, assess current programs and identify capability gaps to develop and implement a phased, practical Learning and Development Roadmap aligned to our business goals.

  • An experienced Learning and Development professional with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
  • Confident working independently while also collaborating across different teams and levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing learning needs, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and supporting diverse learners.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate, insightful reports using data to inform decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the poultry or agriculture sector or a similar operational environment.
