Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to oversee the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a strong focus on training needs analysis, compliance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of training needs analysis and associated resources
  • Establish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
  • Oversight of induction and job readiness programs creation and delivery
  • Development of Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
  • Implementation of 3-month compliance and training check process
  • Training reporting dashboard establishment for compliance and strategic review
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex environment
  • Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with regulatory bodies and industry associations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office
