Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Skills Development Manager to work in a collaborative environment delivering people-focused programs across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning approaches for our business and leaders
  • Improve learning delivery and program administration processes for a seamless employee experience
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and track progress
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop content and foster relationships
  • Lead a team of consultants and report directly to the Head of Learning

Requirements:

We seek an experienced operator who has managed project teams previously. A solid understanding of governance and assurance is essential, as well as experience working across the whole learning function. Strong organisational skills and experience in fast-paced environments are highly desired.
