Learning & Development Partner, Northmead NSW

 

Job Description:

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to join our team in Northmead NSW. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our frontline teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders and site leadership to deliver technical training solutions that meet the changing needs of the business. This includes conducting learning needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement.

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on complex change projects, lead 'Train the Trainer' and 'Train the Assessor' programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in learning and development, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. They will also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate change seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and site leadership to deliver technical training solutions.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through targeted activities and projects.
  • Lead 'Train the Trainer' and 'Train the Assessor' programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources / Education or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG learning and development role with technical training solution implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with an audience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems desirable.
