  • Assist in managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services and solutions.
  • Support senior Customer Success Professionals in achieving account growth and retention objectives.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and relay feedback to internal teams.
  • Help create and deliver training sessions to facilitate successful use of our products.
  • Monitor client health metrics and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with clients to foster relationships and anticipate future needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve any customer issues.

To be successful, you will require novice experience in customer service, sales, or related fields; strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic understanding of customer success principles and practices; and knowledge of IT Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, and Processes that support businesses in their day-to-day operations.
