Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and have a strong understanding of how to create engaging content for social media platforms.


About the Role

This is a client-facing role where you will work directly with clients to develop and deliver high-quality content, including videos and podcasts. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, planning and briefing production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Provide input on content formats and campaign ideas to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Oversee production planning and client communication, ensuring content is delivered on time and at the highest quality
  • Analyse performance data to inform future content decisions and present findings to clients

Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in client management or account management, ideally within content, media, or creative production
  • Strong project management skills, with experience running creative campaigns
  • Ability to write sharp, engaging copy for social media
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Slack
