Job Description

As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic client partnerships, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

You will shape the future of client engagement by designing and implementing bold strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Create and lead high-performing account management teams that thrive on challenge and collaboration.
  • Design and lead transformational account management strategies that deliver scalable growth and exceptional client outcomes.

About This Role

You will work closely with senior executives to build deep, trusted relationships and present actionable insights and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Shape and deliver a customer-first strategy that creates sustained value and loyalty.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Embed operational excellence and scalable account management practices.
  • Drive growth through smart cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
  • Present actionable insights and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth.
  • 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management
  • Experience within a System Integrator, delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI, and Managed Services.
  • Proven experience turning complex client needs into commercial wins.
