Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our sales growth, expand our customer base, and identify new market opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed annual targets.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
