
Strategic Fleet Growth Manager

Embark on a compelling journey as a Business Development Manager. Drive innovation and growth across the corporate and fleet sector.
This pivotal role involves implementing national strategies, building strong networks, and influencing decision-makers at a senior level to expand Mazda's presence with corporate, government, rental, and business fleet customers.
Work closely with dealers and the national sales team to deliver outstanding outcomes in a collaborative work environment that promotes effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute vehicle sales growth strategies across all segments.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, fleet managers, leasing companies, and dealer principals to foster strong partnerships.
- Prepare and manage tenders and pricing proposals to secure large-scale fleet contracts.
- Support dealer partners with pricing, programs, and business development initiatives to enhance their capabilities.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market activity.
- Manage Mazda's Corporate Select and Fleet programs to ensure seamless delivery across customers and the dealer network.
About You:
As a confident and strategic professional, you will have:
- Senior-level experience in business development within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends.
- A degree in a business-related discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in tender writing and securing new business.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills to support data-driven decision making.
