We are seeking a skilled Technical Claims Specialist to join our team in Tweed. As a key member of our Claims team, you will provide technical guidance and support on the Insurance for NSW scheme, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless claims management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to claims teams on claims management processes and procedures
  • Review and analyze current claims management practices to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  • Deliver specialist injury management coaching and support to team members on claims management strategy and treatment approvals
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective strategies to support key performance and remuneration measures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
  • Strong experience in workers compensation and claims management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about coaching and supporting others
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and regulations
