- Capturing all notes and actions from each implementation step, managing the action plan with the NetSuite team.
- Managing cutover plans for go-live.
- Tasks, key dates, stock build with retailers, communications to external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in NetSuite implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and ability to follow onsite processes, instructions, and procedures.
- Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
- Knowledge of distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices.
- Change management and user adoption experience, including training and e-learning design.
- Proficiency in system administration and desktop application support within a Windows environment.
