Senior ERP/CRM Integration Specialist

The organization is seeking a seasoned specialist to lead high-impact ERP/CRM integration projects from initiation to delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, the ability to think outside the box, and adapt to changing project requirements.
This role requires the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive project plans, and make informed decisions with incomplete information.
- Lead end-to-end ERP, CRM, and COTS system integration projects.
- Connect multiple platforms through custom build and integration work.
- Navigate blue-collar stakeholder environments where direct communication is key.
- Drive project plans and adapt delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to meet project goals.
- Keep delivery moving in high-pressure situations.
- 7+ years as a Senior PM delivering complex integration projects.
- Proven track record with ERP & CRM integrations, COTS, and custom builds.
- Experience connecting systems across multiple business functions.
- Blue collar or construction industry exposure highly regarded.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, outcome-driven environments.
- Clear, concise, and straight-to-the-point communication style.
- Leadership skills to hold the line and inspire delivery focus.
- Willingness to travel onsite as required.
