ERP Systems Administrator Role

The role involves managing and maintaining the Technology One ERP system, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Update and upgrade the system to ensure it remains current and secure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide support and training to users of the system
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate the system with other systems and processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of related experience, preferably as a systems administrator
  • Experience working with Technology One, Microsoft Products, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
